Another name for the Brow Chakra is the third eye. It governs perception and intuition and it represented by a two petal lotus. Its colour is indigo and it's linked to the component of light or time.

The Crown Chakra is thought to signify the head of spiritual awareness or to be the connection to the divine. Represented as a violet or white lotus having a thousand petals, its related element is space or inspiration.

The city of Halifax is situated in Halifax Harbour within the Province of Nova Scotia. The area was originally inhabited by the Mi'kmaq peoples who called the harbour, Jipugtug that translates to Great Harbour.
